Responsibilities

• Evaluating credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation
• Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
• Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
• Maintain and update account records
• Assess customer needs, explore all options, and introduces different types of loans
• Go the extra mile to build a trust relationship with clients

Qualification and Requirements

• A minimum of a Diploma/HND is required
• At least one year experience with a Microfinance or a Microcredit
• Must be between the ages of 18-30 years
