Loan Officer (Must Be Able to Drive)

• Market and promote Gate Savers Micro Credit’s loan products to individuals and small businesses.
• Prospect, recruit, and maintain a portfolio of clients within the assigned area.
• Conduct detailed loan appraisals, including creditworthiness assessments and business verification visits.
• Facilitate the loan disbursement process in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor client repayments and ensure timely loan recoveries.
• Prepare and submit daily field reports, loan documentation, and reconciliation records.
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and provide ongoing financial advice where necessary.
• Drive to various client locations for collections, verification, and other field assignments.
• Work closely with the branch team to meet individual and branch loan performance targets.

• Minimum of SHS certificate or HND in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in microfinance, savings and loans, or a related financial institution.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles confidently.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Excellent numerical and analytical ability.
• Must be honest, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to work in the field and travel within assigned areas.

• Salary: GHS 1,600 (Basic).
