Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth & Business Development: Drive sales performance by implementing creative marketing initiatives, developing local partnerships, and managing online listings (Booking.com, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, Google).
- Operations Oversight: Supervise daily activities across front office, housekeeping, and kitchen departments to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
- Guest Experience Management: Deliver a personalized and professional guest experience from check-in to check-out while handling feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
- Financial Reporting & Cost Control: Monitor income and expenditure, maintain accurate records, and present weekly operational reports to management.
- Team Supervision & Training: Lead, motivate, and build capacity among staff to achieve performance excellence.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Increase weekly turnover up to GHC10,000.00
- Maintain an average occupancy rate of 60% or higher.
- Achieve and sustain 4-star or higher guest reviews across major online platforms.
- Ensure weekly financial reporting accuracy and transparency.
- Build and maintain strong customer loyalty and repeat patronage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hotel, guesthouse, or hospitality management role.
- Proven business development and marketing skills with measurable results in occupancy or sales growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and online booking platforms.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to hands-on management
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: GHC 1,800 – 2,200 per month (based on experience).
- Performance Bonus: Based on revenue growth beyond agreed benchmarks.
- Accommodation: Subsidized by the guesthouse.
- Meal Support: Provided during working hours.
Location: Akatsi, Volta Region, Ghana (Subsidized Accommodation Provided)
Employment Type: Renewal Contract
Salary Range: GHC 1,800 – 2,200 per month (Base) + Performance Incentives.
