- Determines what is the requirement of prospect is interested in and provides qualified lead to Sales Representative for follow up.
- Recognizes high-interest prospects and makes timely and effective transfers to Sales Representative.
- Focuses on making a high volume of calls to prospects.
- Receives calls and manages web requests.
- Tracks and reports out on a weekly and monthly basis for both phone and web leads to ensure all leads have been followed up on appropriately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Build and maintain relationships
- Intermediate-level user of Microsoft Office products
- Multi-Tasking skills
- Willingness to Travel.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
Qualification Required: Minimum Diploma
Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling/inside sales
