COMMUNICATIONS AND MEDIA RELATIONS MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communications Manager to join our team. We are passionate about improving health through nature's healing power, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to help share our vision with the world.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to enhance COA's brand visibility and reputation.
• Manage all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency across platforms and messages.
• Oversee the creation of press releases, newsletters, website content, and social media posts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for media relations, handling inquiries and managing press coverage.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft compelling campaigns for new product launches.
• Organize and coordinate corporate events, product promotions, and media briefings.
• Monitor public perception of the company and address any emerging issues.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, including partners, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Analyse communication strategies' performance and adjust plans to meet evolving company goals.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of “5 years' experience” in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to manage media relations and digital communication platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in crisis communication and reputation management is a plus.
• Proficiency in modern communication tools and platforms, including social media and content management systems.
