Role Description
This is a one year renewal contract on-site role for a Human Resources Representative at L'AINE HR.The Rep will be statuoned at Legacy Girls College in Akuse. The Human Resources Representative will be responsible for tasks related to HR policies, employee benefits, employee relations, and compliance with Labour Laws
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations
- Knowledge of HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
