Human Resources Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Employee Relations, Payroll and recruitment professionals at execution level
• Familiar with the local salary system, and able to manage salary situation of different local talents
• Implement company HR policies and processes at the location
• Familiar with local labor law
• Ensuring no compromise in maintaining a conducive work environment for all employees
• Manage updated personnel files, records and all employee information
• Supports corporate teams in terms of data, reporting and other day to day information
• Works closely with site head and site level leadership team
• Interfaces the Union to foster healthy Industrial relations
• Makes Reports as required by the management
• Accurate and precise tracking of leaves
• Oversight on site’s payroll task and timely submission of inputs to corporate
• Review and Tracking activities related to EE, Training, Payroll/Finance and report accordingly
• Proficient in recruiting and familiar with local talent market
• Any other task as assigned by the GM, HR

Requirement:  

• Graduate with a valid certification in HR
• 8 - 10 Years of minimum relevant experience 
• Should possess good communication skills and good people management skills.
• Should be proactive
• Should have networking and influencing skills.
• Excellent decision-making ability
• Should have good team management ability.

• Timely submission of reports to management
