We are looking for an adapt HR Manager who will oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes in the resort.
Job Summary
• The candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of the resort’s strategies and objectives
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• A professional certification and a member of a recognised professional body (CIHRM) etc
• MBA will be an added advantage
Experience
• A minimum of 3 years working experience.
• Working experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
Attributes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to pay attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Possess advanced skills in computer applications Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoiint
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong emotional intelligence
