We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Manager to oversee the HR functions of our restaurant, with a particular focus on training, scheduling, and attendance management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs for all restaurant staff, ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Conduct regular training sessions on customer service, food safety, and other relevant topics.
- Monitor the progress of new hires during their onboarding and provide additional support as needed.
Scheduling:
- Prepare and manage employee work schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours and efficient allocation of staff.
- Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in staffing needs or employee availability
- Communicate schedules to staff in a timely manner and address any scheduling conflicts that arise.
Attendance Management:
- Monitor and track employee attendance, including punctuality, absences, and leave requests.
- Follow up on any attendance issues, ensuring that company policies are adhered to.
- Implement attendance improvement plans for employees with recurring attendance issues.
HR Administration:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and hiring new staff members.
- Maintain employee records, including contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and mediating conflicts.
- Conduct regular check-ins with staff to gauge job satisfaction and address any issues
- Organize team-building activities to strengthen employee morale and camaraderie.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in or around East Legon/Nanakrom.
Salary Range: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
