Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Maintain staff records, contracts, and HR compliance files.
- Design and implement HR policies aligned with organizational culture.
- Coordinate staff training, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Manage payroll inputs and liaise with Accounts for staff payments.
- Support management in planning for volunteers and event staff during award ceremonies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, IHRMP) is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organization, leadership, and confidentiality skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and labor laws.
