Job Summary
We are seeking a HR Assistant responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance within the Construction indrustry.

Job Description/Requirements
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Must be familiar with the work process of the human resources.
- Proven over 3 years’ experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources.
- Familiar with the labor laws and related employment regulations.
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Experience with recruitment channels in the construction industry.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Perform other relevant job-related duties as assigned from time to time.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Maintain records of personal-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting I shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Assist in labor contract signing and keep records.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.
- Handling labor relations at construction sites.
- Calm under pressure – we operate in a fast paced environment. You will be the calm head ensuring progress even in difficult situations. Your performance will not be impacted by the stressful situations.
