Responsible for developing and implementing organizational safety programs, reviewing and updating institutional HSE policies as well as conducting risk assessments to detect potential hazards and planning precautionary measures

Job Description/Requirements


  • Improve the recruitment process and operation methods of each step, oversee primary interviews and among various departments
  • Participated in drafting the recruitment management system of the branch company, such as head hunting incentive management, high end talent managemnt, background investigation and offer compliance
  • After receiving the demand of high end talents from dept, conduct personal selection and interview according to the recruitment period, follow up the interview and candidates entry process and ensure that candidates join in time
  • Assist HRBP to develop, establish and regulary maintain relevant external public relations according to the needs of the Company and departments, such as headhunting companies, Universities etc
  • Other work tasks arranged by the leader


  • Degree/ PHR Certificate
  • 5 years experience, 2 years management experience
  • Excel/ Microsoft skills
  • Communication and coordination skills
  • Analyze and Summarize skills
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic
  • Age 26-35
