Job Description/Requirements

·      JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for managing the core HR functions with a special focus on talent acquisition and management, and employee learning and development. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiency in HR operations, attracting top talent, fostering a strong talent pipeline, and implementing development programs to upskill the workforce.

·      KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

a.    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

b.    Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, talent management, or learning and development.

c.    Proven ability to manage HR operations efficiently and to drive initiatives that improve talent acquisition and employee retention.

d.    Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

e.    To have an in-depth knowledge of the labour law and all HR functions (such as recruitment and selection, industrial relations, attendance management).

f.     Operational excellence in HR functions

g.    Talent acquisition and pipeline management

h.    Strategic planning for learning and development

i.     Data-driven approach to track and analyze HR metrics


·      PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Talent Management:

  • Assist in identifying skill gaps and implementing talent development programs.
  • Maintain talent pipelines and coordinate succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees and design career development paths.

2. Recruitment & On boarding:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, from job postings to candidate interviews and selection.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct on boarding sessions to integrate new hires smoothly into the organization.

3. Learning & Development (L&D):

  • Identify training needs through collaboration with functional heads and staff.
  • Design, coordinate, and monitor employee training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement.

4. HR Operations:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring processes run efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and personnel files in accordance with data privacy regulations and Kaizen.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth on boarding, off boarding, and internal transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and legislations and internal HR policies.
