- HR support and service to other depts. on HR policies and programs including employee relations issues
- Supervising and implementing the HR regulations , procedures, policies and workflows in accordance with the organization's overall goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
- Supervise HR team in supporting the day to day operations of the human resources department.
- Assist in hiring, training and reviewing performance of HR staff.
- Perform any other related assignment as may be required by Management.
- Ensuring compliance to all laws and policies pertaining to the company.
