Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • HR support and service to other depts. on HR policies and programs including employee relations issues
  • Supervising and implementing the HR regulations , procedures, policies and workflows in accordance with the organization's overall goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
  • Supervise HR team in supporting the day to day operations of the human resources department.
  • Assist in hiring, training and reviewing performance of HR staff.
  • Perform any other related assignment as may be required by Management.
  • Ensuring compliance to all laws and policies pertaining to the company.
  •  Salary preparation
  • Dealing with the HR complaints and communicating with the labor union
  • Other duties assigned and assignment as may be required by HR Manager and Management.
