Job Summary

Perform the duties of an HR Officer

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

The HR Officer will report directly to the HR Manager and will be responsible for the following:
1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives systems
2. Provide counselling on policies and procedures
3. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads
and managing the hiring process
4. Create and implement effective on-boarding plans
5. Develop training and development programs
6. Assist in performance management processes
7. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
8. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
9. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
10. Monitoring staff performance and attendance


Qualification and Requirments
1. Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
2. Knowledge of HR functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development (etc.)
3. Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
4. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
5. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
8. Strong ethics and reliability
9. BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
