Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day team performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities (HR Manager).
- Supervise floor operations and maintain service quality (Floor Supervisor).
- Handle customer payments accurately and maintain transaction records (Cashier).
- Uphold company policies, health, and safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with brand values.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree (for HR/Floor roles); SHS or above for Cashier.
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant, or quick-service environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, reliable, and customer-focused.
Location: Cantonments, Airport Residential Area, East Legon
Salary Range: 1500 to 2500 cedis
