Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably in retail or 3C (Computer, Communication, and Consumer Electronics) sectors.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problemĀ solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Conduct interviews, screening, and selection processes. - Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
- Employee Relations: - Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support. - Mediate conflicts and ensure effective communication between management and employees. - Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management:- Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide feedback to employees. - Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary. - Identify training needs and manage employee development programs.
- HR Compliance & Policies: - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. - Regularly update HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations. - Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality.
- Compensation & Benefits:- Assist in salary reviews, promotions, and benefits administration. - Provide advice on compensation structures and benefits packages.
- HR Strategy & Planning: - Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR strategies that support business growth. - Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to address future talent needs.
