Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Night Auditor at Four Points® by Sheraton Accra Kotoka Airport, located in Accra. The Night Auditor will handle nightly financial reconciliations, oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Additional responsibilities include assisting guests with inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with other departments to address guest needs efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Reservations management
• Strong Communication and exceptional Customer Service skills
• Experience in Cash Handling and financial reconciliation
• Ability to work efficiently during night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of property management systems is a plus
• First degree in Accounting and finance or equivalent required
• additional certifications in hospitality are advantageous
• Must be Chartered Accountant and/or Auditor
