Remote Video Content Creator & Editor Extraordinaire

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit 25-30 pieces of 15 to 60-second video content per day. Training and support will be provided on a world-class basis.
• Meet or exceed content creation targets with a focus on both quality and volume.
• Participate in online meetings and be available as required within the 40-hour workweek.
• Maintain clear communication with the team and be ready to respond to requests or instructions promptly.
• Uphold the company’s standards for content quality and productivity.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of content creation and editing experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and AI content creation tools.
• Portfolio: Must have already created and edited a minimum of 100 pieces of content. A portfolio demonstrating proficiency in editing software and AI tools must be presented during the interview stages.
• Equipment: Reliable laptop/computer and a strong internet connection.
• Availability: Must be available exclusively for this role—any attempt to work a second job will result in immediate dismissal.

Salary: Starting at 2,000 GHS, increasing to 2,500 GHS after 3 months, and 3,000 GHS after 1 year, plus team-building bonuses and incentives from the directors for outstanding performance.
