Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to take on the role of Headmaster at our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the school, ensuring academic excellence, and leading the implementation of modern educational practices. This role requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional leadership skills, who can work independently andinspire both staff and students to achieve their full potential.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities of the Head Teacher:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Ensure the school meets all regulatory and academic requirements.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for students and staff.
- Manage and mentor teachers, guiding them to reach educational goals.
- Engage with parents, the community, and relevant stakeholders to support the school’s mission.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of students and staff to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in school leadership, preferably as a Headmaster or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of educational systems and curriculum development.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- A passion for education and a commitment to the success and well-being of students.
