Job Description/Requirements
- Bridge BLU Global and Skin of Colour , maximizing global category strategies.
- Shape a robust 2–5-year Skin of Colour innovation strategy, aligning with global trends.
- Collaborate with Category Lead Teams to ensure innovations meet Skin of Colour market requirements.
- Lead the Skin of Colour BLU Hub, adapting global innovations and leading complementary projects.
- Engage with Skin of Colour Market Units and stakeholders, leading a team of Brand Managers.
- Hold a business or marketing degree.
- Have 5+ years’ experience in Innovation, Global Marketing, or Product Development.
- Showcase expertise in pan-African marketing, with local/regional experience in SoC markets.
- Demonstrate proven leadership skills, a track record of building businesses, and a high level of initiative.
- Navigate dynamic, multi-cultural environments, promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Approach work with an agile mindset, inspiring growth, and achievement.
