We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Product Distribution Specialist.


Job Summary


The Sales and Product Distribution Specialist is responsible for managing and expanding our customer base, driving sales growth, and overseeing the efficient distribution of our products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.


Key Responsibilities


●     Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and expand market presence.

●      Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

●     Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to grow the business.

●     Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

●     Monitor and analyze sales and distribution data to inform strategic decisions.

●     Provide training and support to distribution partners to enhance their effectiveness.

●     Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product launches and promotions.

●     Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

●     Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

 

 

Qualifications


●     Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

●     Proven experience in sales, distribution, or a related area with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Ghanaian market.

●     Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes in Ghana.

●     Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

●     Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

●     Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

●     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

●     Willingness to travel as required.
