PeaceMaker.cash, a secure digital escrow platform, is looking for a Growth Manager to join our team full-time. In this key role, you will lead the charge in accelerating user acquisition, increasing engagement, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies.

Role Overview:

As the *Growth Manager*, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying and executing strategic initiatives that expand our user base, increase retention, and boost overall revenue. You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive strategy that accelerates our product’s adoption and market penetration.


Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement growth strategies across multiple channels, including user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

•⁠ ⁠Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize strategies to meet company goals.

•⁠ ⁠A/B Testing & Optimization: Run experiments, A/B tests, and optimize marketing campaigns to improve user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

•⁠ ⁠Customer Journey Mapping: Work with the product and customer success teams to enhance the customer journey, from onboarding to long-term engagement.

•⁠ ⁠Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to create cohesive growth initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Growth Channel Management: Manage and optimize various growth channels, including paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.), email marketing, SEO, social media, and partnerships.

•⁠ ⁠Market Expansion: Identify and test new growth channels, geographies, and partnerships to expand the reach of PeaceMaker.cash.

•⁠ ⁠Revenue Growth: Work on strategies that directly contribute to revenue generation, including pricing, upselling, and conversion strategies.


Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in a growth-focused role (e.g., Growth Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar) with a track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing, social media, content marketing).

•⁠ ⁠Experience with growth hacking techniques and data-driven marketing strategies.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) and comfortable using data to guide decisions.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to run A/B tests and optimize campaigns based on data insights.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in fintech or SaaS industries is a plus.

•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
