Nestlé CWAR is currently looking for a Growth & Data Analytics Lead – CWAR HO who will implement CWAR's digital marketing measurement, technology, and data strategy across several consumer contact points, including social media, display, CRM/email, search, ecommerce & personalized content communications. Drive data-driven decision-making and execute performance analysis of various digital initiatives and data sources, to optimize our digital marketing efforts.
Your other responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
Lead the digital analytics scope, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for improving marketing campaigns, website user experience, and overall digital strategy.
Utilize marketing analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance across various channels (websites, social media, email, paid advertising, etc.)
Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs for stakeholders.
Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Support the development and execution of CRM strategies to enhance consumer engagement and retention.
Develop quantitative analysis, tools, ad hoc reports, and models to support business decision making. Analysis areas might include areas such as retention, sentiment, lifetime value, messaging, promotions, usage, and engagement.
Design and implement robust 1st party data collection strategy to capture consumer information across digital touchpoints.
Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of 1st party data to ensure accuracy, privacy compliance, and usability.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Education:
Degree in technology or quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Analytics, or a related field.
Professional experience:
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data strategy, metrics gathering, reporting and related software
3+ years of experience with A/B and MV testing management
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Proficiency in predictive modeling, forecasting and other statistical analyses and related software.
Knowledge in the following areas:
Data Visualization (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
Data Management Platforms (Krux, Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Web Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
Testing Tools (Target, Maximizer, Optimizely, etc.)
Experience in multi-channel environment
