Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Web Designer to design engaging visuals and user-friendly websites that reflect our brand identity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating digital graphics, layouts, and web interfaces, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. You will collaborate with the marketing and development teams to produce designs that communicate our message effectively across digital platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design logos, brand identities, and other creative digital assets.
- Create and manage high-quality website designs with a strong focus on user experience (UX) and responsive design.
- Develop, manage, and update websites using WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Manage website hosting, domains, and Google Workspace.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and mobile compatibility.
- Manage billboard and other advertising creatives.
- Provide customer support and conduct market research.
Education & Qualifications:
- A degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in graphic and/or web design (experience is an advantage, but not essential).
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of website development tools and CMS (WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, Wix, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Personal Competencies:
- Meticulous, creative, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong sense of personal integrity and adherence to professional standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various clients.
- Proficiency in IT and driving is an added advantage.
