Reporting directly to MD

Responsibilities
• Management of the entire organization in Ghana
• Innovative and creative Business Development strategies
• Ability to meet set targets
• Formulates and executes company's marketing plans to promote and increase sales
• Effective branch operational management & supervisory skills
• Evaluates and formulates strategies to reflect changing market conditions
• Directs preparation of accounting records, and recommends budgets to management
• Exceptional Leadership, excellent Informational Technology  Skills
• Excellent English Communication Skills (Written & Spoken)
• Excellent staff and client relationship; effective monitoring and staff motivating
• Hiring and training employees
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time and adjust to different environments
• Identify profitable business opportunities and secure sound business deals

• Promote and enhance the brand and brand image 

Qualification and Requirements
• Degree, Masters or PhD
• 3-10 years practical experience in a related field
