Job Summary

Cadmus Investment Company Limited, a company primarily into the imports, sales and service of automobile is seeking qualified personnel to fill the role of a General Manager. This is a full-time role and requires a person with competence in Sales, Business Management, Financial Management and Engineering, budgeting, and strong leadership skills. The company requires a candidate who is self-motivated, and results driven to direct and manage the activities of the company and implement effective business and financial strategies and programs to ensure that the company meets its performance expectations. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the automobile industry and financial knowledge for sourcing capital injection for a business is a requirement for this role.

Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement sales strategies for the Qute brand
  • Lead the diversification of the company’s product portfolioto ensure profitability
  • Develop and implement a capital injection program for the business
  • Develop sales models in conjunction with financial institutions to ensure flexible payment terms and mass sales
  • Engage relevant government agencies and other institutions on mass purchases for its members
  • Create and manage departmental and company budgets and financial goals
  • Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
  • Lead the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sale and brand visibility for the dealership
  • Create and analyze accounting and financial data to aid management in making business decisions
  • Work with Management to define company sales and profit targets for both sales and after sales services and ensure set targets are met
  • Ensuring a positive working atmosphere and the team’s development
  • Evaluating employees and, if necessary, initiating disciplinary measures and leading regular employee discussions.
  • Developing and ensuring all defined processes are carried out correctly and that defined standards are met.
  • Ensure continuous optimization of all business processes in Sales and after sales services
  • Generate and analyze reports to Management and other relevant stakeholders


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration or other relevant courses
  • Experience in Auto mobile Sales/Service and Operations is preferable.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
  • Strong financial capabilities is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of different business functions
  • Budgeting and negotiating skills
  • Very highly organized and analytical
  • Good Interpersonal skill and excellent communication skills

Salary Range: Negotiable 

Location: Accra Ghana
