Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally as soon as they arrive.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel while ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest registration, sign-ins, and security protocols.
- Notify staff promptly of visitor arrivals and ensure guests are attended to efficiently.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
- Respond to basic inquiries in person, via phone, or email with accuracy and professionalism.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries (e.g., DHL, FedEx).
- Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain records and assist with travel and logistics arrangements when required.
- Monitor and replenish front office supplies, keeping inventory updated.
- Support management with basic administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure the reception area, lobby, and meeting rooms are neat, well-organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Coordinate with cleaning and facility teams to maintain a professional and comfortable environment.
- Ensure compliance with office security and safety protocols.
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of work experience in a similar role (Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, photocopiers, etc.).
- Professional appearance, poise, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle guests or clients with courtesy and confidence.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working in a corporate or international environment.
- Knowledge of telephone systems or switchboard operations.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and record-keeping.

- Gross Salary: USD 300-500(including welfare package)
