- Perform all office clerical duties and answer all calls
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort, and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Help in folding and sorting out laundered clothes for delivery.
- Work with Driver to ensure all deliveries are made on time.
Qualification and Requirements
- A minimum of a WASSCE Certificate.
- Work experience as a front desk will be an advantage
- A commitment to excellent service delivery
- Must be living in Sakumono, Teshie – Nungua, or Tema.
Salary: Gh 450 Gh 500. Reviewable based on skills and experience.
