We are seeking a Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing a professional and friendly welcome.
- Manage all incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them appropriately.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area that reflects the company’s professional image.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Provide support to the investment banking team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with visitor security and sign-in protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Manage the Office handyman (who manages the gate and cleans the office and its surrounding areas) and any other support staff.
Qualifications and Skills
- HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, social sciences or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
