Job Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing a professional and friendly welcome.
  • Manage all incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them appropriately.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area that reflects the company’s professional image.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Provide support to the investment banking team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with visitor security and sign-in protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Manage the Office handyman (who manages the gate and cleans the office and its surrounding areas) and any other support staff.



Qualifications and Skills

  • HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, social sciences or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
