- Greeting and welcome guests.
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages, etc and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Keep updated records and files
Qualification and Requirements
- A minimum of an HND or Degree is required
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position
- Excellent Knowledge of MS office (especially Excel and Word)
- Proficient in English (Oral and written)
- Customer service orientation
- Good organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Familiarity with office machines. (e.g. printer)
