We are hiring a Front Desk Executive to perform full office duties.
- Minimum Qualification:Diploma
- Experience Level:Entry level
- Experience Length:2 years
1. Greet and welcome guests at the work premise.
2. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
3. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
4. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
5. Keep records and update files.
6. Take up other related duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
1. Customer service orientation and people skills.
2. Proficient in English (oral and written)
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) 4. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
5. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
