Job Summary

The Junior Sales Representative shall be responsible for researching and analyzing sales options, and promoting products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects. He /She will report to the Head of Sales. The main role of the Sales Rep. will be to prospect for clients, and increase the number of new live trading accounts, by connecting investors to the market.

Job Description/Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use intelligent soft sales approach to communicate the benefits of FX Trading, our products and services, our trading platform and the FX markets to prospective and existing clients
  • Handle new client leads daily, follow up on potential clients, and effectively retain existing clients
  • Actively follow up on queries and provide feedback to customers ensuring that the clients receive the best level of service
  • Make the company a trader’s first choice through professional relationship with clients
  • Maintain high level of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation
  • Deliver prepared sales talks and sessions that offer our products and services with the aim to convert leads into live trading accounts
  • Consistently follow up with clients via phone calls or emails through the client activation process
  • Assist clients with inquiries on the trading platforms, products, onboarding and account funding procedures
  • Participate in the company’s marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion
  • Consistently take initiative to learn and stay current about the markets, FX industry and any new platforms, products, and services of the company, as well as educational resources


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, or 1 to 3 years of related experience in the financial industry or Forex Trading sectors a must
  • Knowledge of forex, CFD trading and the markets are a must
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office, and experience in Salesforce would be an asset
  • Proven track record in a sales environment
  • Ability to grasp concepts quickly, and able to identify key messaging for different audiences
  • Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Experience in Sourcing High-Frequency traders and high-net-worth individuals
