Job Summary

The Floor/General manager is in charge of the operations of events. He/she is to ensure that all events held run as seamlessly as possible. He is to ensure that all waiters/waitresses render services that meet the standards of the firm.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Management level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

The Floor/General manager must ensure that:

  • Every customer is satisfied on the floor.
  • There are no delays with customer orders.
  • Make sure all orders are punched in the system and tabs closed before guests leave.
  • All guests are satisfied with the services rendered. 
  • Make sure all waiters/waitresses meet the standards of the company 
  • In charge of managing all matters concerning waiters/waitresses. 
  • Authorized and delete wrong orders. 
  • Keep a record of canceled orders which were still prepared.
  • Keep a record of inventory stock at the end of each day.
