Admin/Sales Officer

Job Summary

A Financial Sales Consultancy firm is looking to hire Field Sales Officers in its Accra office. Work with a young and dynamic team to develop your sales skills and discover a new career in sales while enjoying lucrative incentives and rewards.

  • Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsible:

  • Represent to the best of your ability the company at all times.
  • Learn to understand the company’s products and services.
  • Make a conscientious effort to achieve agreed targets.
  • Sell, explain and assist prospective clients on the company’s products.
  • Prospect and solicit i.e., find new customers/ new opportunities.
  • Assist and support customers with administrative challenges.
  • Provide field feedback to the Sales Manager to enable effective policy generation.
  • Develop yourself to be a problem solver and contributor to the long-term growth of the company.
  • Build and maintain an up-to-date customer database.



Qualification:

  • Minimum of SHS education 
  • Minimum of 1 years experience
