Role Description
This is a full-time role, as a Financial Sales Executive, located in Accra, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Financial Sales Executive will be responsible for providing clients with guidance and advice on financial matters, including investment opportunities, retirement planning, and wealth management. The Financial Sales Executive will work closely with clients to develop personalized financial plans that align with their financial goals and objectives, and will help clients navigate and make informed decisions regarding potential risks and uncertainties in the financial market with focus on risk management. Additionally, the Financial Sales Executive will provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure that their financial plans continue to meet their evolving needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting; Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial sales, wealth management or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of achieving client acquisition and retention goals
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, investment strategies, and retirement planning.
- Excellent phone and in-person interpersonal skills, and exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to develop and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must live in Accra preferably around Lapaz, Kwashieman, Awoshie, Gbawe, Spintex, Madina, Legon, Ashalley Botwe and the environs of LEKMA.
