Job Summary

Assist in the management of all day to day finance issues, including but not limited to, invoicing, AR, AP, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description

Duties:

  1. Assist to prepare and enter the monthly accounts into the Group consolidation system. 
  2. Ensure all tax compliance/filings including VAT,  Intrastate returns etc. are completed accurately and by the required deadline
  3. Ensure all local / national government reporting to comply with regulatory requirements is completed accurately and by the required deadline
  4. Managing records and receipts
  5. Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  6. Preparing balance sheets
  7. Processing invoices
  8. Assist with ad-hoc projects as required 

Requirement:

  1. Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent finance focused subject 
  2. Two-three years experience of working in a similar role
  3. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (pivot tables, v lookup

Skills:

 

  1. Accurately record and maintain records.
  2. Analyze and compile complex data.
  3. Analyze problems and recommend solutions.
  4. Understand management principles including planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, budgeting, and reporting.
