Role Description.

As a Finance Officer (National Service Personnel), you’ll play a key role in supporting our finance operations, ensuring sound financial management and accountability in regional projects. This position offers hands-on experience in budgeting, reporting, and compliance, a perfect start for graduates looking to build a strong career foundation in finance and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial record-keeping, reconciliation, and data entry.
• Assist in preparing budgets, expenditure reports, and payment documentation.
• Monitor project spending and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Help with procurement and logistics-related financial support.
• Work closely with project and finance leads in the Northern and Upper Zones to ensure accurate reporting and timely disbursements.

Qualifications

• A recent graduate (2025) eligible for National Service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to accuracy.
