Job Summary

Perform the duties of a Finance Officer, opening is for national service personnel

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description

  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
  • Prepare balance sheets
  • Process invoices
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Update internal systems with financial data
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Participate in financial audits
  • Track bank deposits and payments
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Review and implement financial policies


Applicants must possess the following

  • Degree in accounting
  • Knowledge of financial operations
  • Knowledge of current financial methods and procedures 
  • Familiar with finance software
  • Proactive and ready to learn
