Job Description
● Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
● Maintain and expand the client base within your assigned territory.
● Develop a plan for visiting construction sites.
● Evaluate clients’ needs and build long term relationships.
● Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the current developments.
● Preparing and submitting sales reports and delivering presentations if required.
● Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
● Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
● A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
● 3-4 years of field sales experience
● Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time.
● Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
● Confidence in MS Office.
● Positive energy
