As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing new accounts.

Job Description/Requirements
- Canvassing assigned territories to present Oze products to potential customers.
- Identify and understand the needs of the Customer.
- Acquire and activate a minimum of 80 new transacting users per month.
- Cross-sell Oze Shop (Digital), Loans and Subscription products to at least 50% of acquired users on a monthly basis.
- Ensure that each acquired user records at least 5/100 transactions daily/monthly.
- Demonstrating product features to customers.
- Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present Oze products.
- Attending trade shows and other industry-related events.
- Ensure timely submission of daily/weekly activity reports to Manager.
- Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of all initiated Customer issues and complaints.
- Ensure assigned sales targets and budgets are met.
