Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily field operations, including sales, assembly, service, and customer support activities across assigned locations.
- Ensure all field teams adhere to company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate field staff to achieve performance targets and deliver excellent service.
- Manage employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and address employee relations issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in field operations, sales supervision, or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities (both written and verbal).
- Must be disciplined, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Sound knowledge of motorcycle sales, service, or assembly operations is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle field challenges and make quick, practical decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic reporting systems.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with field agents and customers.
- A valid motorcycle or vehicle license is an advantage.
