Customer Service officer needed to boost customer relations

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Placing of calls to customers in order to follow up on orders
  • Receiving and processing of customer orders
  • Attending to customer complaints and managing general client feedback
  • Manage company’s social media pages and answer to comments from social media page visitors
  • Providing quality after-sales service


Qualifications and Requirements:

The preferred candidate:

  • Must be female
  • Must possess a minimum of a degree from an accredited educational institution
  • Must have an in-depth understanding of customer service
  • Must have a minimum of 1-year working experience in customer service or any client-facing role
  • Must be social media savvy and computer literate

The preferred candidate must be located around East Legon, Dansoman and its environs.
