Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the paper manufacturing facility.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage production to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
- Supervise staff, provide training, and foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor equipment and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Drive process improvements and innovation to enhance productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the paper-making industry.
- Strong knowledge of paper production processes, machinery, and raw materials.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
