Facility Manager

Job Description:

• Maintain day-day operations of facility, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders.
• Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
• Ensure that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
• Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas such as, offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces.
• Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.
• Scheduling routine inspections and emergencies repairs with outside vendors.
• Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrence for supervisors and other relevant staff.
• Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions.
• Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
• Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct and document regular facilities inspection.
• Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees.
• Forecasts, allocates and supervises the physical resources of the facility management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to learn company-specific software if required.
• Knowledge within Microsoft communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with team members.
• Great time management, organization and prioritization abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills..

Requirements:

• Should be accessible as in the case of an emergency.
• Must have a Driver’s license.
• License or certification as a Facility Manager
• Qualification Required: (Business Administration)
  
• 2 years or more experience

Kindly Note: Working hours Monday – Saturday (7am- 6pm)

Salary Range: (GHC 3,500.00 - GHC 4000.00)
