Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Food and Beverage professional located in Accra. The role involves managing day-to-day operations in our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing food service, and maintaining high culinary standards. Responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, coordinating with the culinary team, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Food Service and Culinary Skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Experience in hotel or restaurant management is a plus
- Relevant certifications in food safety and hospitality management
- Previous work experience with a Marriott brand is required
- 1st degree in Hospitality is required
