Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, while planning and executing the recruitment process. Additionally, you’ll be measuring the effectiveness of sourcing methods to constantly increase the quality of the process. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires as well as senior internal stakeholders. Ultimately, your role will be to create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Job Description/Requirements

What you will be doing:

  • Create targeted sourcing strategies for executive positions
  • Source and attract hard-to-find or passive talent using different niche sites and channels
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate recruitment ensuring that the best talent gets the job
  • Plan processes with Hiring Managers and post jobs
  • Do candidate research, interviews, assessments, and reference checks
  • Ensure that all candidates and hiring managers have a great experience
  • Help build a talent pipeline by exploiting all available levers for both inbound and outbound channels
  • Effectively promote the Superside brand to candidates by providing compelling information about our strategy, capabilities and value proposition
  • Work daily with teammates and hiring managers located globally
  • Participate in meetings with the Talent team and senior internal stakeholders to discuss recruiting updates, share learnings and brainstorm on process improvements



What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition for senior or executive positions (i.e., Directors, VPs and Executive positions)
  • Ability to cultivate trusted relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates
  • Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
  • Understanding the candidate’s background, experience and skills
  • Nurturing their interest in the role
  • Ability to organize your work independently and provide status updates in a timely manner
  • Great English communication skills required to work in a remote team and effectively collaborate with senior internal stakeholders
  • A proactive work approach and eagerness to support your team
  • A candidate-centered and data-driven mindset
