Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions, a global leader in mining equipment and solutions, seeks a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our executive team. As a detail-oriented professional, you’ll optimize the Vice President’s efficiency, manage travel logistics, organise events and enhance overall office operations.
Responsibilities:
Schedule Management: Coordinate the Vice President’s and management team schedules.
Travel Coordination: Arrange local and international travel, adhering to company policies.
Front Desk Oversight: Manage the Accra office front desk and facilities.
Event Planning: Organize corporate events and functions.
Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between the Vice President, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Meeting Organization: Prepare agendas and invitations, take minutes, and ensure well-organized meetings.
Document Management: Prepare, Proofread, and manage documents and presentations.
Office Supplies and Equipment: Oversee maintenance and coordination.
Fleet Management:
Manage drivers and maintain the company’s light vehicle fleet.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information discreetly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role.
Skills and Qualities:
Management Proficiency: Extensive knowledge in administration and management.
