Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Product Evaluation: Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment (Relay protections (IEDs)) upgrades that align with customer needs.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers to secure future busi-ness and provide continuous support.
- Training: Offer guidance and training to customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased (Relay protections (IEDs)), helping them maximize its use.
What We’re Looking For:
- A university degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen ability to tackle complex issues and find effective solutions.
- Customer Focus: A proactive approach to customer service and relationship-building.
- Experience is welcome, but not required—this is a great role for those looking to grow their career in engineering.
