Job Summary

The Director of Demand Generation is responsible for the orchestration of integrated programs across the buyer's journey to drive awareness, pipeline, revenue, and usage. This senior leader has the vision and track record of success in scaling the function to meet business outcomes in an ultra-high growth environment. This individual is a trusted partner to sales, marketing, partner and CS leadership, builds a high-performing team and thriving team culture, with global capabilities and processes to drive a repeatable, scalable and predictable demand generation machine.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed aggressive growth targets for sourced pipeline
  • Build and nurture a team of exceptional demand-generation marketers
  • Best-in-class funnel performance, product activation, and consumption
  • Global demand strategy, scalable campaign planning frameworks, metrics and processes to drive highly efficient marketing campaigns that scale with the company's ultra-high growth
  • Optimal mix of global marketing campaigns and global campaign frameworks to various audience segments, industries, partners and top accounts, with a process to drive ongoing campaign performance improvements
  • Trusted partner to marketing, sales, SDRs, partner and customer success leadership on strategy, execution and outcomes
  • A global demand generation engine that's repeatable, scalable, predictable and operates at high velocity


What We Look For:

  • 10+ years experience building and scaling demand generation in high growth environments
  • Significant leadership experience hiring, empowering and managing high performing teams of demand generation professionals in prior roles
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and levers, including testing and optimization, to generate and accelerate growth
  • Skilled at relationship building, communications and project management to drive strategic alignment and execution across marketing, sales and partners at all levels, and effectively enable the team to deliver on multiple complex projects with tight deadlines
  • Expert in developing and deploying repeatable global campaign frameworks, quarterly and annual planning that meets business objectives and designing scalable processes
  • Experience with evolving ABM programs for target accounts
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to generate insights from data and translate it into actionable changes
  • Able to perform under pressure, prioritize and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation
